I had the not so fried chicken sandwich and I have to say it was absolutely delicious. I also had that tangy mustard barbecue sauce on it. Oh my goodness that was a flavor explosion. I'll definitely go back and taste it up again because of how great it was. I don't let a little something like delicious food steer me clear of more delicious food. Next time I'm in the area which actually is gonna be in 2 weeks and I'm gonna stop by there and have some more vittles, courtesy of Mendocino Farms. Run it back! Just be prepared to wait a little bit for your sandwich because it takes awhile. Not crazy long but you know it could take a minute so you just gotta be on top of it and let these people know that you're there for your food and you want to eat something delicious as soon as possible without having to wait too long.  Vegetarian options: Indeed.  Parking: Parking is not good in the city so prepare thyself.

Good place with wide selection of fresh ingredients and a small selection of beer and wine, my first but not last visit. Had the Thai Mango Salad, fresh with great flavors, and a blood orange IPA. Nice surprise.

The food was so good, I didn’t even get a chance to take a pic! I had the not so fried chicken sandwich and the apple kale salad. Everything was fresh and delicious! Their Thai turmeric lemonade is to die for! I will most certainly be returning!

This Mendocino Farms is an unfortunate representation of the Mendocino Farms brand. If you work near this area and are trying to pick up a quick lunch, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. First time I ordered online for a dedicated pickup time, I waited 45 minutes only to discover something happened to my order and it disappeared. Second time I ordered in person and my sandwich took 20 minutes to make even though no other customers were present; staff was just preparing future pickup orders. The food is great, but coming here is not worth the poor service

DO NOT order online during lunch rush. I am sure they prioritize to go orders in person. Therefore I had put my order in at 12:05, been given 12:45 as pickup time online. Did not get food until 1:45. Meanwhile dozens of people placed orders to go and got theirs first this chain is just too popular for it's own good. Also people who complained would get put on the fast track. So people who also ordered online and had a later pick up time them me would complain and get them to make theirs faster. I don't think a system where everyone has to complain to get faster service is sustainable.

The food is not bad but with the exception of the baguette, all the other bread that comes with the sandwiches consistently taste stale. Service is extremely slow; it consistently takes a long time for food to come out. Unfortunately, there is no option to order a dressed salad from the website and so I have to go in to order a tossed salad. I believe I managed to get my salad in under 10 minutes yesterday, but that has been an anomaly for me.

had to wait 45 min to have them tell me my order wasn't even started yet? To top that off the manager did not apologize only to give me my refund. The workers are super slow as if they don't see its lunch time. Several people waited over 25 minutes to get their sandwiches and salads  I don't understand why that takes so long to make Don't be surprise if this happens to you cause this was the second time for me. 2 days in a row they made me wait 20+ minutes for a chicken sandwich meanwhile they took care of their online orders first. I just don't get it, I was the first to walk in & order. They have 20 people working there and can't seem to get walk-in customers their food in a timely manner. Also, my coworker walks in about 15 min after I did, makes an order a salad and almost immediately gets his food. SMH, very frustrating being that I'm in my lunch break which is only 30 min long.

Possibly the worst sandwich ever. The bread was old and so dry that it crumbled under the weight of the toppings. Definitely not worth the $13.50Food: 1/5

Lots of chicken, and this is the first time having salad with cooked ramen noodles. This combo worked so well together. The dressing was spicy and plentiful. Just a little too pricey, but very good.
