I wanted to come to this place because it used to be popular and then closed. The place has enough inside and outside tables to eat and it is very clean.I brought my mom who doesn't speak english and it was our first time in the place and we didn't understand the concept of the place very well. Thankfully, the employee was very helpful, patient and friendly. He went done the line with us and explain me and my mom everything. The result was delicious!!! I wish the portions where bigger but I understand that it is fresh fish and the rent is high. Overall I would come back and I would recommend it just be aware that the price is high and portions small but service makes up for it.

For the money we paid, we were expecting a larger portions of poke. But we guess they are just reflecting the rent to the price.  Pokeworks standardizes the process, so employees weigh everything that goes into the bowl. Quite busy at lunch time.

I’m really surprised that the ratings are low. I work in the same building and eat lunch here every few weeks. Every time I go in, Michael, the owner, and the other workers are always pleasant and professional. There is often a long line but it moves fast. The poke is fresh and they offer a lot more ingredients than other poke restaurants. The portions of the regular bowl are large and I am definitely full after a meal. I highly recommend Pokeworks!

I love this place!! I'm so surprised by some of these negative reviews. I work near here and this is the ONLY thing I crave every time I go in the office, I legit eat this every day I'm there. Yes it's a little pricier than I generally prefer to spend on lunch, but it's so tasty and worth it with all the toppings you get to customize your bowl. The people that are complaining about portions should just spend the extra $2 for a large bowl instead of a regular. Everyone I've interacted with here is really nice. Yeah, the line can get long and they can get backed up.. it's because it's good!. If you are too impatient and frustrated by long lines, don't go exactly at noon or just order it online for pickup before you get there.

I came to your restaurant and wanted to see what kind of place it is.  I didn't want to believe the one star reviews.  I was really shocked!  the tables were untidy and the floors dirty.  so I didn't want to stay and eat at your restaurant.  I ordered a takeaway.  I was shocked again.  the portion was really tasteless and small.  I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I guess I was tuesdays last customer as I came in like 5-10 minutes before the closing. I had takeaway L sized Bang Bang chicken bowl for dinner. Home as I opened it up it looked like I have had the leftovers for the day. Taste was average but the looks are at least the half of the food experience. Service was quite slow compared to quiet times it was as closing. Will never come again.

Jesus where should I start, the customer service could use an actual intervention, I mean like sit down all the staff with the business owner and give them a power point presentation on how to properly take care of the customer. I dont know if these guys were working under the influence or what but everyone including this guy named Michael unsure how to spell name were moving with no sense of urgency. food is crazy overpriced for the portions, and quality leaves more to be desired. definitely better options in the area.

Poke here is delicious, however I wish they would be more consistent with the sauce and portion amount when ordering online.  Side sauces should be filled all the way. Prices have gone up too which is a downside.

At business trip in Frisco. For meal I Ordered Poke your way -combo Large with Ahi Tuna pokebowl with avocado topping with extra price of 1,75 USD. Tuna tasted a bit weird and the avocados were wizened. Payed 22,75 USD for that meal and waited a lot better food experience. In Germany we do not have that many pokebowl restaurants but every single one of them is WAY better than this one. I do not recommend. If you are not intrested in going to Hawaii for real pokebowls, I recommend going somewhere else than Pokeworks. Luckilly the Hawaiian Sun Lilikoi Passion -drink at least were the worth of the price payed.

I just moved in the area recently and wanted to give this place a try! The food was good!! And more importantly the staff was amazing!! Sam more specifically, he is absolutely great!!! Super nice and patient! 10/10 I will be back!
