The Menlo park mental health facility along with the Palo alto veterans hospital have been more than unfair and misleading on where the grant monies are appropriately spend At the expense of the wounded veteran they have inappropriately spent monies that were to be used for the veterans care and quality of life on property enhancement for monetary gain to lease sports and picnic areas to the mega corporate companies for barbecue picnics parties they are both spending 10s of millions of veterans $$$$ enhancing the medical facility's inappropriately with not the wounded or ailing veteran that have paid the ultimate price for our freedom of life The facilities Directors and Senior staff have abused the trust of what it means to be a American Fighting Soldier men and Women who have served and sacrificed

You just waiting your time at this clinic! You better OF going to emergency room or just see the right doctors. A punch of student in learning process. All they ask and tell you is go get insurance. Any question you have they can't answer cause they don't know or they are not the specialist. With any condition you walk in they will tell you go back to work this is not a reson not to work. My experince at this place is not good, not helpful and they can't scrape any farmarcy drug as location and ointments, they can't perscrip any of thos cause they are not real doctors just student becoming nurse or in learning process. 👎👎👎

I work at the SF VA Medical Center and it's hard to balance the line between patient and employee while being seen there, so I transferred my care to the Palo Alto VA Health Care system, which includes Menlo Park. I am nothing but impressed with all aspects of this facility and I have been seen at a few. It's clean, safe, the staff is courteous and on the ball. They were even able to assist me in a matter that had taken two years to complete. I brought it to their attention and within a week it was resolved. As a Veteran and a VA employee, I am impressed with this facility. I feel other facilities should take note of what they are doing and mirror them. Keep up the great work.

the VA is a joke and not a funny one. Been waiting 17 days for medication that they say is on back order, WTF. Get your S@#t together or I will call Mr. Mcdonald.
