The staff here could not give a care less. When I moved in it was a two month long battle to have the laundry facilities fixed, which was only solved because of a phone call made to the management company. I was supposed to have six months of free parking, I was charged this month for what should've been my last month of free parking. The person at the office said this would be adjusted, it wasn't. I called and left a message which no one answered and still haven't. I've been trying to reach maintenance for two and a half weeks now to no avail. A few days ago I emailed the staff about smelling marijuana in the hallway at night - and lately from my very own couch thanks to my neighbor who doesn't understand that smell isn't limited to their apartment, and no response. This staff DOESN'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT ITS RESIDENTS!!! I pay a lot of money to live here, even if that wasn't the case there's zero excuse for a negligent staff. I hate living here. In addition to all these issues: the neighbors are loud and obnoxious, the walls are too thin, the appliances are obviously cheaply made, the laundry room is too expensive, the package room is a pain to deal with, and the parking spots are WAY TOO SMALL. Honestly if I see potential residents in the building I'll tell them to avoid this place since nothing here has been pleasant. I can't wait for my lease to be over.

Response to “owner”: I’ve been TRYING to contact you people for WEEKS through phone and email and you’ve ignored everything! I’m taking this up with your management company I’m so sick of this. I’ll make sure to show up in person to your office this weekend since that seems to be the only way anything gets fixed, can’t ignore me then.

I lived here for about 6 months now. I loved this place when I first moved in. Now there are so many problems that I found with this apartment. The parking spaces are too tight, I’ve found scratches on my car because there isn’t enough in between cars.  The comes on when you are not home., I receive an email monthly saying there will be some test but I’ve come home and my heat is running, my PSEG bill has become much higher due to this. Lately there seems to be no one answering my phone calls at the office. I’ve called numerous of time and left emails for example there is a balance shown for my rent, which should I am unsure as to why because there isn’t details shown for these charges. I have an agreement for the first 6 months free pricing and each time I have to remind them of this. I do not want to have an issue later on not knowing where this balance came from. I’ve called many times to clear up the issue and no response. 
I also wanted to use the theater room and I did not get a spot reserved for my time to use. There seems to be access to Netflix and cable TV in the theater but that’s a lie… I asked to get instructions on how to use & I didn’t get a response.  
I want to love this place again.

Estelle goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. I can walk to the train and many beautiful shops downtown. Rahway is the place to be.

Love the location. Lots happening in the walking distance. Two levels of covered parking. Brand new apartments. Rahway Downtown is changing and very convenient location to train station.

I Live in Meridia Lafayette Village and my experience there has been great. Management and staff are great here, you complain and they are on it. But they are not here 24/7 unless your that Maintenance guy, ( He is awesome by the way) I see him all the time, I don't think he ever goes home. I have no complaints. I want to entertain myself I have a Gym with everything in it I need to get in shape. I have a resident lounge with lots of items to play with plus you can bring your own board games and play with other residents. I have a Movie theater that I can watch HBO Go, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu ETC...... and relax with some popcorn on a comftorable recliner. I have a Laundry room with commercial washers if I want my laundry done faster. Did I mention the 24/7 Maintenance and that guys on point, no matter what time of the morning/night. I guess I just love Life. No time for complaining. I am blessed. Every time I wake up and my feet hit the ground the Devil says oh man he is awake again!!!!!!!! Love, Peace, Happiness, Humility. ( I live in the building and pay rent)
