I've been here for almost 2 years and I love it. There are so many local restaurants and bars within walking distance of the building. I love that it is a 3 minute walk to the train that can get you into the city in about 25 minutes. Rahway is a great town to live in and Park Square is minutes away from any town activities that happen by the city hall. Any issue I've had within my apartment, the maintenance crew and management do their best to solve any problems in a timely manner. My daughter went to daycare 5 mins down the street and they were not crazy expensive and there are 4  elementary schools 10 mins away from this location. I will agree that this is a great location to jump on to route 1 in less than 5 minutes, any other major highway will be a little more of a drive. 
Overall this is one of the best places in Rahway!

It is a bad experience for moving, a staff in the leasing office promised me that she will help me cancel the property insurance, since I moved out in May 2017, however yesterday when I check my bank transaction, the insurance company still charged me with property insurance from June to November, so that staff didnt even help me cancel the policy, really disappointed and NEVER RECOMMAND LIVING THERE.

The worst place ever. I regret moving here. There's a noisy train station right next to it with trains passing by (and frequently honking) every 3-5 minutes throughout the day. It's not a good place for any human that has to sleep. 

The worst thing, however, is the management. They keep asking for money anytime you want something (for example they demanded $60 for a second key to my apartment). Also, you should expect impolite replies anytime  you contact them. 

Don't even bother checking it out. You will waste 15 minutes of your time.

This place has a really fancy well-kept lobby with so many amenities. There's a commons room and a fitness center. Even access to computers and Internet. And a coffee machine on the side for those that need that brew in the evening. Guest parking are going to cost you some quarters but that's pretty good.
