I stayed here along with my wife and baby for almost 3 years. I had to vacate since I was moving out of Jersey. I must say that this has been the best community and management I have stayed so far. The apartments are really good in construction, no neighbouring noise, very good use of space. The property manager Jim is an excellent person. He was very polite and supportive. The maintenance incharge Alex was a very good man. We never had any maintenance request stretching beyond 2 days. It always felt like home here. I am still searching for an apartment that can get close to RiverPlace in my new city.

If you like to see dog feces everywhere then this is the place.  You'll also get to hear the noice from the tenants above and below every weekend when they have a party or the dog running upstairs or people walking hard or especially when a couple fights those are the bests.  Also, expect your delivery package to be left in the lobby or out in the entrance where anyone can steal it or even open it and you don't want to be here when its snows.  Don't recommend it for the cost of rent, not worth it.
