This place is just the worst. Children running around without supervision and carrying knifes around and hurting people and so many police has been coming here day and night. I'm being sued by this place. They won't give me a reason why. I was short on my rent for this month. The reason why was because I didn't have a job. And I just started a new job on March 1st. And I told them I don't get my first official check till the 15 th. Then they gave me a three day notice. And they didn't have the guts to knock on my door saying these things to me. Instead they gave it to me on paper. Meridian club apartments is nothing but money hungry and greedy people. If you want your children safe don't come here. This place is just horrible. They only want money.

This place tells you one thing and charges you another will try to sneak into your apartment and look at your stuff if you have a problem they try to kick you out they are rip off

From the reviews on here from tenants and all the drug use, police coming, alcoholics, kids running rampant, fighting people, druggie needles found in playgrounds, pool never working, bugs, trash, horrid apt. problems, flooding, charges when they loose your rent checks, keeping deposits , horrid staff, etc. Etc.etc. my God, this place sounds like the projects from HELL ! I would NEVER LIVE HERE ! I looked at them and found most of what was said by tenants to seem to be true.

I currently still live here and if I could give this place negative stars I would. The incompetence of the office staff here is infuriating. They have no idea what they are doing and are just in it for a paycheck. They do not care about tenant satisfaction and are impossible to get a hold of even during office hours. They will ignore the phone unless you call 5-6 times. There is also a bug problem and the we reported it several times. They "sent someone to fix it" but the problem never went away. Good luck staying comfortable with the temperature also if you don't want to pay 300.00 per month in electric bills. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone and I'm just counting down the days till my lease is up.

ZERO professionalism. So glad I did not jeopardize my sanity, safety of my family and comfort moving at this place. It was a big disappointment going through the application process with Porscha.
