Pizzas are good. Don't order anything else that has custom changes though. The kitchen has screwed up my order twice. Service is extremely slow. I usually go at dinner time which is expected to be busy, but I changed things up and went at lunch. It wasn't busy at all, yet it took over 30 minutes to get our food after ordering. And even then, my food was luke warm in the center. They offered to remake my food, but who has time during their lunch break to wait an extra 30 minutes for food? When it came time to pay, the waitress dropped off the check and walked up and down her section 4 times without checking on our table. When she finally did, it was 20 minutes later. Our table was also entirely in uniform and she didn't add military discount, but at this point, so much time had passed that we weren't sure how much more we'd have to wait if we asked. 

Side note: they removed their custom made spaghetti pie options, which some of my friends came just for that.

This is my first visit to  Old Chicago. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was good but the waitress was terrible. She was frowning every time she would talk to us and acted like we were a pain if we asked for a refill.  I had to go up to the bar three times myself to refill drinks from our parties table.  Would have been a great dining experience had we had a waitress that was not bitter and rude. Not sure if I will be back.

Generally speaking we love Old Chicago. Our visit tonight wasn't the best it's been but it won't stop us from going again. Service was a bit slow. Waitress said the kitchen was having some issues. Understandable. Things happen. Back door got opened and they couldn't get the alarm shut off for quite some time. 10-15 minutes maybe. Long enough other customers cheered when they finally did get it shut off. Food was hot & delicious as usual.

Decent food. good service. not expensive. Expansive selection of beers on tap.
