You must remember at this place. Most of the time the "doctors" you see here are not Doctors.  They are P.A.'s.  Physician Assistants"   They cost less money. Not doctors. There are some meds they cannot prescribe. If you realize this . you will be all right. I have never had any problems here. But I know that if I need more care than an urgent care can provide. I go straight to an emergency room at a hospital.

My baby was sick the doctor just cares about getting payed. This is not my first time here. I thought it was a mistake the first time the second time was the same less then 5 min in the room and always nothing. Just a waist of time.Left straight to hospital and the doctor had to give my daughter antibiotics and my son was getting an ear infection so both of them got the same medicine.

Severely under staffed, poor time management. It took them 3 hours to see me for a sore throat and post nasal drip to tell me they aren't really sure what's wrong and don't have any way to run any tests there so to f/u w/ PCP. Then agree to send meds but not antibiotics because they don't know what's wrong only sending something for symptoms.  Walking out, the whole 2 office staff members dont know what meds the provider is sending. Waited 40 mins at the pharmacy until they closed and they never sent any meds. Definitely don't waste your time at this sorry excuse of an urgent care.

I have been sitting in a completely empty facility the whole time I’ve been here but for some reason it is still taking over an hour for my daughter to be seen. This place is horrible. I don’t even understand what the problem is. There is literally no one else here. My daughter is so sick and there is no reason for her to be laying here when she could have been seen and Home by now.
