We have been here several times and had excellent service but not yesterday. I took my 1 year old son who has had a fever for 4 days. I wanted to have his ears checked. The doctor their was not friendly and said the reason my son is tugging on his ears is because he has too much wax (after looking in ears). She sent me home with a paper that told me exactly what I have already done. He went to his normal doctor today  ( I tried to get him in yesterday) and he has 2 ear infections and no wax. So he suffered all night screaming because he was in pain. Please find a doctor who can tell the difference between wax and an ear infection!

Kurt has no business being a PA. Worst experience I've ever had with an alleged medical professional.  After being urged by my family to go see a doctor after 8 days of misery, Kurt's brilliant diagnosis was it was all in my head. Outstanding. Nice work. I come from a family of 6 doctors.  They will love this story at thanksgiving.

Save yourself money and time....i went twice this week they gave me 2 differnt ear drops for a infection 
..neither worked i have never had so much pain in my life they said it was a simple outter ear infection swimmers ear...i havent slept for a week and needed relief so i went to the hospital today my ear had so much infection not only the outter ear but the middle ear as well....so not only am i in the worst pain ever now i cant hear, hospital said i needed anitbotics and ditch the ear drops one coated 50.00 and both disnt even touch the infection..so this urgent care is basically a waste and the front office is not friendly at all they open at 8 and they showed up to open the doors at 801 and so we all sat there for 30 mins for her to get the computers up and running and all of us checked in and she wasnt very nice..i wont be back...what a joke of a place and i have suffered all week unnessarly because this place dont know what there doing...
