I first met Merri in 2009 when she helped us find a condo in Las Vegas. This was a second home for us and we had some specific needs associated with that. Merri did a great job with that purchase and we have been extremely happy with the condo. When we were ready to make a permanent move to Las Vegas I only wanted to work with Merri and her team member, Jodi. Again, we had specific needs for a home so Merri and Jodi worked tirelessly to find us the right fit. She knows the Las Vegas housing market extremely well and was able to guide us to several options. I don't know of anyone with more energy and determination than Merri and Jodi. When we found our home there were two other people in the running for the house. Merri and Jodi gave us great advice for how to make our offer the most attractive and it worked! I can't recommend them highly enough!!

Merri Perry was an amazing realtor to work with. I hired her to sell my sister's house and she did an outstanding job of not only listing it professionally but also negotiating for a much higher sale.  Her dedication to our needs was fantastic.  I am a realtor and understand the importance of taking care of my client's needs.  She was able to do that exceptionally.  I highly recommend working with such a dedicated professional.  Merri is the best!

All I can say is WOW!  Team Merri Perry is a well oiled real estate machine!!!!
I was working with another realtor who was very nice but lacked the competitive edge and knowledge that Merri brings to the negotiating table.  To say that Merri is an expert in the local real estate market is an understatement, this team found us the perfect home and saved us $50k! Merri makes purchasing real estate a fun experience because she knows what is a deficit and a profit when evaluating properties. Merri truly has her clients best interest in mind. 

Monique, Merri's assistant is also a force to be reckoned with, between the two they worked around my crazy schedule to show homes, even answered my 1:00am emails without fail! This is a powerful team that not only gets the job done but will turn you a profit. You can't go wrong with the Merri Perry team!

Merri Perry is a Realtor who truly cares about her clients. Her caring demeanor, along with her disciplined work ethic go hand in hand in achieving her goal of "doing what's right for her clients". Her extreme attention to detail, along with her negotiation skills, are what gives her the edge in helping people to achieve the American Dream of Home ownership.

She helped us find, and negotiate A great deal on a commercial building at the right price what other realtors couldn't do. Big or small she does it all.

If you are looking for a Realtor who cares more about you and your goals instead of their commission, Merry Perry is the Realtor for you.

Merri perry has been mine, my family and all my friends agent for over 20 years.  She saves us the most money and negotiates the best deals for us.  She won best real estate agent last week, and last year.  She is the best negotiator and I would suggest her to everyone.
