I've been a customer of Merrimack Valley Insurance Agency ever since I got my license. I feel as though I am the best hands. I never have to worry about anything. They take care of all my needs. They also are letting me know when and where I can get a better price. I highly recommend Merrimack Valley Insurance!!

Working with Merrimack Valley Insurance is a breeze. I got myself into a bind when I was with another insurer. When they didn't respond to my issue I called Merrimack Valley Insurance and they not only took care of it for me, they wrote a policy that protected me much better. The office staff made me feel as if I was there only client and gave me the time I needed. They are very responsive and informed me of my options. Being a small business owner myself I understand the importance of good customer service and at MVI, you will get great customer service. They far surpassed my expectation. I would without hesitation recommend them!

Tony and his team at MV Insurance Agency offer quick, exceptional service! They were there to answer my questions every step of the way and always explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. That's not always an easy feat in the world of insurance. Any business or organization would be lucky to have MV Insurance Agency as their agency. They offer great products and year-round support at your convenience. Professionalism is the name of their game!

Began using Merrimack Valley insurance for a personal homeowner's policy in 2010. They took over our business accounts within a year. Have also moved automobile account & renter's insurance to them. Just this month, they took over the homeowner account of the company's President and his 3 personal auto accounts. There service is that good and that convenient!

Having to scramble for new Home and Auto insurance within the next 30 days, Merrimack Valley Insurance (MVI) did all the leg work and searching around for the best value and premium prices and meeting all my insurance needs. Good job!
