Our family has been a completely satisfied for four years now.  Dr. Johnson is always friendly and professional.  The staff have always been helpful and considerate.  In fact, we have been frequently surprised and pleased by their flexibility in scheduling- evening office hours are wonderful!

I don't understand complaints from other reviews- any minor billing issues that have come up have been quickly and completely resolved.  Keep in mind that "Metro Dental" is a collection of locations, and not all locations are the same.

Was very sad to see that I was not the only one who felt they squeezed every penny out of me.  This company in general has taken advantage of the "patient should know their benefits" policy, knowing damn well the patient pays more privately than insurance allows for cover able service.  I am currently looking for a new dentist. This company is so shameful!  The one star is just because the staff are not unbearable people, just poorly trained or educated on how to bill dental insurance or care at all.
