Fantastic experience! Never thought I would ever use fantastic to describe 4 wisdom teeth extractions, but Dr. Wades level of experience and medical attentiveness made a clear diffence. If you need oral surgery in the east metro and are looking for experienced surgeons, this is certainly were you want to go.

Poor and terrible outdated business model. Scheduled appt for single tooth extraction. Nothing mentioned on call or at front desk at check in that you must have money up front and in full day of service. No insurance break down given. Approach you in back room in dental chair with bill and needing payment to proceed. Very stressful and unprofessional tactic in place.  X-ray for single tooth would cost about $25.00 but you have to get a panoramic full view for $150.00. Tooth extraction went fine. But the business model the worst I've seen In place/PLEASE fix the pressure up front money payment tactics in place. FYI most people don't have $1000 of cash on hand for appt, when tooth starts hurting day before.

I had a infection that had to get treated ASAP. I had to go in on a weekend and Dr. Volmer took great care of me. He was very processional and even tho he had another patient I was treated like I was the only one there.

Highly recommended. I have been a patient of Maplewood OMS for several years now and had 3 wonderful experiences. First an extraction, second an implant, and third for another extraction. As much as "pulling teeth" isn't fun (as the saying goes) they sure made it that way. :) No pain during or immediately after the procedures, and follow ups and pain medication was there when needed. The staff was overly kind and doctor was very reassuring and even funny which made me relax about the procedures.
I will have one more implant to do and have no doubt where I'll go.

Terrible. Must have money up front and in full day of service. No insurance quotes given. Wanted full payment first before the Mini CT could be used to help doctor. All behind closed doors.
