It took less than five minutes for me to be seen. The doctor walked in the room immediately after I did. There was no waiting around forever to be seen. The doctor and nurses were all compassionate and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend this urgent care.

Brought in my 10 month old for a cough. We were taken back right away and the staff was eager to care for her. They were thorough, kind and addressed all of my concerns. We were there for a total of 20 minutes and I couldn’t be more pleased! Special thanks to Scott, NP and Rachel, RN for working us up so quickly and kindly!

The place adds a facility fee to the cost of your doctor visit. Doubled my copay for the same service. It's rent for the space you use for your visit. Customer service was unhelpful and misleading, called it a Medicare requirement for a hospital-owned building. In my experience for ten years, Spectrum and St Mary's never did this. And customer service TELLS you what is required in an un-welcoming tone. Totally different experience with Spectrum and St Mary's. I recommend avoiding Metro Health whenever possible.

they try and rush u out the door pros fast cons it feels like they don't care about u when u tell them everything and been through everything. For fast service I'd reccommen this place for better people service etc who will listen and try not to judge when u tell them I tried everything etc go to spectrum

The best urgent care I have been to. Very quick and staff was really nice. I would recommend!
