I am so impressed by this Urgent Care. The staff was professional and courteous, actually friendly but not in a fake way. The system they have in place is very efficient and from intake to check out it was very well organized. I brought a book but never had but a few minutes to look at it. My provider was a Nurse Practitioner Chenoah Walsh and she did a great job figuring out my condition. I am feeling so much better today. I also received a follow up call today to check on me from a human employee of Mercy (not a robot). Impressive

Beautiful location, but poor patient care. The doctor we met with spent less than two minutes in our room, and did not hear even wait to hear us describe symptoms. When we tried to explain our concerns, he slowly walked toward the door and proceeded to leave mid sentence, assuming he knew what we needed. When we brought our concerns up to the nurse (who was very kind), she stated that if we want quality care and different medication, we should go to our PCP. She also justified his actions by stating that every physician has different bed side manners. We do not feel heard or listened to, and do not feel we were respected here. We also do not feel our medical needs were met. As someone who works in a medical area and understands the importance of patient care, the care we received here was far below what it should be to anyone seeking medical help. Positives- kind check in staff and clean location.

Was very impressed with how fast I got in and everyone from the front desk to the doctors were so kind. The nurses explained the medicine better than anyone I have ever gone to and I felt like they took the extra time to do that when that doesn't normally happen.

Check in was great, friendly and personable. Wait time was maybe 2 minutes (awesome)! But the nurse was rude and jumped to conclusions...said I had no reason to be there. PA came in, he was nice and presented me with options. When he went back to report to the nurse, the nurse was talking badly about me because I preferred to get a blood test. Her name is Katrina and she clearly does not like her job; her attitude is so negative. Everyone else was personable and compassionate.

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews.... This was by far the best urgent care experience I've ever had (and I've had many). The staff was caring and compassionate, the doctors and PAs were thorough and proactive, and this was the first time I actually left a place with an accurate and specific diagnosis, knowing exactly what the underlying issue is and what my options are. I highly recommend this Mercy Health Urgent Care facility and staff, and I will most likely come back here again when and if I need to.
