I would like to start by saying yes people are correct it does take a long time to get into this place or get someone on the phone. But that’s because they are a very busy place. Why are they busy because their good. I’ve been going there over a year now and they were able to figure out that I have narcolepsy. When my regular doctor just told me to eat fruits and nuts. This place has worked hand and hand with me trying a ton of different medication until we found the right combination. This office has saved my life! The medication that they prescribed wasn’t covered by my insurance so they talked to the manufacturer and got me signed up for free medication. They have went over and beyond there call of duty. When I needed my son to have a sleep study done they found him a cancellation and got him in within 4 days! They also are helping my wife figure out why she is always so tired. This place is awesome. The problem is that people on here that give them bad reviews have no patience. Things can’t happen instantly. It takes time. Sam is awesome to she has done a lot of things to help get my medications approved by my insurance company. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Yes they are a busy place but that’s because they are good at what they do and everyone who uses them knows that. But if your not a patient person this isn’t the place for you. I would and have recommended this place to friends and family! They are awesome!!!!

I needed a new mask and hose. They gave me my sleep study from 2005. I went to get a new mask and hose and was told I needed a script from my doctor. So I have to suffer through another sleepless night because I couldn’t get the script today. Why do you need a script for a new mask and hose? It’s not a prescription medication. Terrible customer service. Wonder why they have a 2.3 google review. I am a business professional, we have a 4.8 google review, as we take care of our customers. Wake up spectrum health.

Had two sleep studies done, and they upcharge your home sleep study as a hospital service, so they can charge more.  The office could not explain to me how it was a hospital service because they know it is a loop hole they found in the insurance game.  I would not recommend Spectrum Sleep Center.  The sleep apnea tests are a rip off.

Scheduling is a nightmare - phone wait times are often 15 to 30 minutes. Appointments are usually booked several months out, making it difficult to actually address a sleep issue in a truly timely manner. Once you actually get to the office, it is easy to find (location-wise) and the doctor is generally pleasant/knowledgeable.

I agree with the review "Don't do the "home" sleep study" the whole experience was a rip off - I had to pick up and take back the unit 4 times and they charge you each time - I did like the doctor, but, between the charges for the sleep test unit and doctor visits it was $1,200 not including the machine I bought
