Another big box store for groceries however this store is abit different then the rest offering a large fresh produce section with produce from around the world.
Many premade fresh salads are also on offer daily and over night as this store is open 24hrs!!
fresh pizza , chicken and other items made all day fresh per order.

Great Grociers, Always Fresh produce!, All persons who work at this location seem to be happy-go-lucky individuals, at least 95 percent of them, theirs the odd one out, yet this does not spoil the atmosphere of this well maintained store, which is pleasantly cleaned, from the floors which are always shinning to any / all items that are stocked onto their shelves are well within their expiration dates, plus are all clean - no dust is in sight on the shelving units, and on the surfaces of any packaged food items themselves, which is all-in-all a very good thing (cobwebs have been seen on the stores shelving inside No-Frills stores numerous times, plus they are dirty stos...  Excellent staff members are always willing to help.  Even though their teens to not be a staffer in every isle, you can find one in a isle that is fairly near to where you are at ... .. .  Staffers smile when you check out, help customers find whatever they may be looking for  ...  and with a Domino's Pizza opening this month ... (OCTOBER 2016).  Update - It has opened to great fanfare ... The location is to the right of the Entrance and Exits doors of Metro, not apart of Metro Grociers but great when you are dine shipping to go in and pick up a pizza or two for the nights family dinner! Metro tends to be one of the more expensive grocery stores in the city. I went here to buy some butterball products cause I had a gift certificate and I had to fight with the cashier to honor the gift certificate and had the manager called over to deal with it. Very unpleasant experience.

Beside the fact that everything is doubled in price i want to talk about the PRE made food.
I got 2 stuffed pepers to cook at home paid. 6.99.  They were awefull not even sure what kind of meat was in there. Gross
So then i went and got 2 of them that were ready cooked snd again 3.99 each and. Made mostly of caned tomato soup and rice with some sort of meat .

Metro is convenient and in walking distance from my house. They have some of the freshest and largest variety of vegetables in the city. Their dry and can goods are extensive with international variety. They have a deli and bakery with great service. Also a well stocked fresh meat department. On top of that, their cashiers are friendly and very helpful making your shopping a  pleasure.
