Price is good. ...strawberries are great price. ...good meal ideas in the meat department. ....worst part is getting through the cash. ...also   the area where they sell the cooked chicken and stuff is pretty disgusting when they lift the pans out....would think twice before ordering food to go

Listen, it's a Metro. Slightly more expensive than it should be, but it's not like you're throwing your money away like at Longos or some of the other "high end" grocery stores. It is what it is. That being said, the staff (cashiers specifically) have clearly never had customer service training, or been pressured by management to act even remotely interested in being there.

My local Metro store is GREAT! Convenient for me. There is no RX here in St. Thomas. Lots of parking GREAT attitude of employees!

This store has a great selection of well-made and delicious convenience foods in their ready-made section.. however, it’s not all convenient to shop here!
It takes you seconds to find exactly what you want.. and then about 10-15 minutes in line to pay.  Only ever one or two cashiers.. and none are ever express, so you have no choice but to wait behind customers with giant orders.

Always has what I want at GREAT prices (will price match) only hitch is no Pharmacy. There is one across street.
