As long time customers for Metro Mini Storage, we were treated with complete disrespect and ignorance. When it was discussed that our organization would be moving to another storage space (due to lower prices) the managers quickly stuck us with another month's rent for 2 units in order to retrieve our belongings. 

Do note that the things in this storage unit are DONATIONS used to better the lives of women in our community. Metro Mini Storage gave a NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION 2 options, 1. You WILL NOT retrieve your DONATIONS or 2. PAY US MORE MONEY... both not likely scenarios for a non-profit organization. 

If this is the business being conducted, then this place is can be considered bottom of the barrel. Just think if Metro Mini Storage can stick a NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION for cash then they can do it to anyone. 

Don't do business here, I highly suggest the clean and new Cube Smart down the road. They have amazing prices and excellent customer service.

This is the best storage facility in the Woodlands. My family and I have been happy customers for years. Always very helpful and the property is very well maintained and secure.

Metro Storage in the Woodlands was very professional and had great customer service, they even gave me a courtesy call the day after to confirm the use of their moving van.

Awful. Had to deal with both a man and woman and had a terrible experience. Jessica was incredibly rude...to the point of cussing etc. DO NOT USE THEM.
