I got my storage last month. First, the manager Ashley had called me to confirm if I was still interested in the storage. She was very pleasant and told me if I had any more questions feel to call her and she would be more than happy to answer them. When I did go to purchase my storage Randy was working. He was a delight, I have not come across a employee in a long time that was genuinely nice. He had a great personality and was helpful in showing me different units. Ashley and Randy were very nice and made you feel welcome, I hope Extra Storage appreciate them as they have wonderful employees.

The people here are so helpful and patient. Robert was able and more than happy to answer all the questions I had. He really eased my anxiety over putting my belongings in storage.

Robert was amazing help and had all the right information we were wanting. Highly recommend this place to store your things! As for Robert he's very sweet!

Ashley Placide was very curtious and professional. She knew exactly what unit best suited my needs and did not waste my time. It was a quick and pleasant experience. Would strongly recommend if you are in need of storage in the area!
