Awesome experience. I worked closely with Shelley, the store manager, when my girlfriend and I were moving some furniture in a small unit. On the day we intended to move in our stuff and use their moving truck (also a great service!), a marathon was going on in The Woodlands, blocking my access to LifeStorage and messing up our entire moving schedule. Shelley was kind enough to work with me on the phone throughout the day, ensuring the moving truck would be reserved for me. She even moved her lunch hour up in the day so she could meet me once the race had finally finished. Once the roads finally opened up and I got in, she helped me get settled and had me on my way. Clean, professional facilities. I feel very comfortable keeping our furniture here. Highly recommend. Shelley -- thank you for your professionalism and great business! I'm very happy with how everything worked out.

Recently I started a business venture that required me to have a secure climate controlled environment to basically store my inventory and also have room to package my items for shipping, I had never rented a storage room so going in I did not know what to expect. I located Uncle Bobs storage one mile from my home, very convenient! My first visit I was greeted by a very nice young lady by the name of Jessica, she was very pleasant to work with, she showed me a couple of units and gave me pricing on the units, I rented a 10X10 at first but soon out grew it, one day while I was in my storage unit I was approached by the manager Shelly, she asked if I would be interested in a larger unit, apparently she had added my name to a list since I had asked prior about a larger unit. Shelly stated that a couple of larger units were vacant, she showed me a couple of 10X15 units, I decided on one and moved into the larger unit, very seamless transition. Shelly is a pleasure to work with and she runs a tight ship, the facility is meticulously cleaned, I would say almost sterile, the entire facility has a nice fresh scent and everything is always in order. If you are looking for a safe clean place to store your items I would highly recommend Uncle Bobs storage in the woodlands, employs are very professional and customer focused, keep up the great work!
