This parking place is an absolute mess. The employees are rude, lazy, obnoxious, horrible, unhelpful people. The adjoined garages are a maze of poor signage and routing. Finding a parking place here is a nightmare because of this. It's usually full after 8am or so during the week. My wife was distraught after driving around trying to find a place and the employees were rude and nasty to her. They first sent her to a nearby station, that was full, then she came back and they then told her there was an app she needed. Why not mention that in the first place and why not have some signs up to let people know? I've been using this place for over five years and going through this nightmare and never knew about the app. Once I parked in what looked like a legit spot, right behind another car, and came back to find my car booted and they wouldn't remove it until I paid $60. Not my fault because the lines are all eroded and not visible to point out where the spots are. This place is here for one reason, to take your money. They obviously have a captive audience so they don't feel obligated to help out at all, just sit on their behinds and watch the security cameras and laugh at people and point out cars to boot for fun and profit. Take an Uber or taxi here instead!

The parking here is basically a necessary evil. Despite thousands of spots available, it frequently runs out of parking - they even have signs that state: Tuesday-Thursday 10am to 3pm = parking may not be available (which, in my experience, means it's not). It's a madhouse during rush hours and takes forever to get in or out, so definitely avoid if possible during those times. Parking rates have crept up in recent years, there's a year long plus wait to get a parking pass that sneaks in an "administrative" fee too. Even during Mondays and Fridays, the decks get pretty full, but you should find spots on upper levels (get there early anyway). The only time this place is empty-ish are on holidays and weekends. The workers here are rude, unhelpful, and pushy. But none of what I says will really matter as this place ain't running out of customers anytime soon.
