They change the rules regularly. They don't seem to have any direction in their office. It's hard to manage a property in the downtown Rahway area and have to deal with them. Trying to reach them is impossible. They don't answer the phones. They don't return emails. Even though their website and the notices they give us to hand out to residents state to contact them, especially during snow storms. They also don't tow or ticket illegally parked vehicles... I can totally understand the frustration my residents have with them. It's unfortunate that one division of the city could negatively affect the appeal of the city, especially in the downtown area.

Got a ticket yesterday even though I'd paid for the spot I was in . The ticket  that I was issued  had a diffrent number other than the actual spot  I was parked in . Very hard to prove by the way  because  they're no camaras and they are very distrustful of patrons. Got harressed and bullied by older man in back , who by the way has no customer service skills what so ever . He was very I rate and disrespectful telling me that I'd have to fight  the ticket in court . He was  very insistant that I wasn't parked in the spot indicated by my stub. Finally he did agreed to take ticket back after I insisted that I wasn't parked where the ticket was indicating .  Let me say he wasn't happy about it  and yelled at me as I left  to learn how to use the ticket meter . The rudest person I've ever had the 
misfortune of  encountering . Not sure what he was so Angry about . Maybe life .

They offer no discounted parking for residents, they occasionally issue tickets for metered spaces even if payment is current(save your stubs). The areas they are responsible for tend to be laden with trash. Only park at your own peril as I have many dings and scratches from other patrons. Leave no valuables in sight

Parking tickets are given for no reason, signs are not clear and everyone in that office has a different reason for giving tickets. The sad part is even the court house can't stand them. I can't wait for the next Town Hall meeting. They are the main reason why people are moving from 4 City Hall Plaza! How do you expect our guest to park across town and then walk over. Something needs to be done this out of control. We the people have a voice and when we make noise changes happen! I am not done with this parking company, this is just the being. If you get a ticket write your post or review.

The employees here have an attitude. I just moved in town and they treat you like you owe them something for needing a parking pass. Then they dont give you all the information you need for on street parking. My car was towed because of some 48 hr rule that is written nowhere except a website they dont even mention anywhere. Very frustrating. I am not pleased with this township as a whole or there parking regulations or the staff working. NO HELP.
