Great store they help you right away and staff is friendly

Bad customer service. Called an hour before stopping by to make sure that they had the phone in stock. I asked if they had any iPhone 7 plus in jet black and the representative who answered said they had PLENTY of them in stock. When I got to the store I was greeted by this guy which I did not get his name but seems that he hates his job and people that come in to the store. I told him I wanted to get the iPhone 7 plus and before I even finished he assured me they had no such phone. I then went ahead and told him I had called an hour before and they told me they had PLENTY of them in stock, he then said let me go check and somehow he found one! He then charge me $20 for activating the phone. I left the store and once I got home I tried to use the phone and it had no data and I wasn't able to get calls or texts. I had to call T-mobile and have them activate my phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Thinking that I should give this store a chance and ignore the reviews, I called and asked for a GALAXY S7 EDGE.  Because of the recent sale, I was excited when they said they had "plenty."  I get to the store and ask for the phone.  What I get in return?  "Sorry we're out of stock."  Now I get upset because 1.  They don't have the phone they claimed they have and 2.  The manager there basically called me a liar when I said I called before hand.  When I was describing the voice of the person I spoke to, all of a sudden the other worker speaks up and says "Oh I thought you said iPhone dude my bad."  Um, there's no such thing as an  iPhone 7 Edge.  Needless to say:  The reviews are TRUE!  Do NOT go here.  It's a waste of time.  I feel bad for the girl that works there though, she was nice.  But the guys are idiots.  Save yourself some time and stress.

Omar, Myra and the staff here had a great knowledge of the products and really provided excellent customer service.  They did this before even knowing we had a corporate account.  They took their time and supported each individual need we had. I highly recommend this store for their service.
