Worst furniture experience ever. We went in to find furniture for our home. Spent a day just looking at the beautiful selection, and knew we wanted furniture from here because other places offered the same furniture but at steeper prices or weren't what we wanted. After coming back to purchase the furniture, we asked for the lady that had originally greeted us the first time, Angela. She didn't help very much or pester us, she would just check if we were ready to purchase. When we decided on the pieces, she just entered the information and didn't ask if we wanted financing or bothered to show us that there was financing available so she expected us to pay upfront, which was possible but we also wanted to be able to build credit. She took all the items we wanted, but was rushing us because she had something else to tend to. She ended up glossing over the fact that our dining table top would be on back order for THREE months. She didn't tell us this in advance. If we had known we would've considered a different piece. She proceeded to rush us with our purchase because she was distracted and told us to bring the money the next day to secure our furniture and our delivery time. She ensured us we could change the delivery time to an earlier time when we knew our move in date. That was in fact a lie. We paid nearly 5000 in cash for all the furniture upfront. A month later, they confirmed a delivery that we wanted to move forward but couldn't. The delivery drivers couldn't find our address and wanted to leave, turns out they were at the wrong address for 30 minutes...five houses down. In a new subdivision, you always double check the clearly written house numbers!! Then when they finally came in, they had no idea how the furniture was loaded and what pieces belonged to which room sets. They expected us to know. We just knew what the end product looked like. We were left with a 3 month wait period for our dining room table top. Now that we wait for our table top, we keep asking for them to move the time or the date to a specific time frame and the customer service rep has been not been helpful whatsoever. They are rude and could care less that you've been waiting 3 months for your table to eat on. I really hope this is the last time we have to deal with these people. It is mind boggling that you would treat paying customers with such little regard to what they purchase, especially when it's paid off far in advanced and with such a large sum. I love the furniture but it is not worth the hassle that we've dealt with. If you can find elsewhere to buy your furniture, avoid Rooms to Go all together. They don't deserve good paying customers.

We went in search for a new mattress and maybe some bunk beds for my boys. We were greeted by Patrick, who showed us right away what we were looking for, gave us options, and his own opinion. Luckily we got what we needed right away. We also went to the kids section and worked with Jose Argueta, who also helped us and worked with us quickly with getting what we wanted. This is my third time buying furniture from this location and these three times we've been pleased with the people we have worked with as well as with our purchases! Thank you! Definitely going back soon to get a new living room set :)

Terrible delivery experience. I took off work to be home for my couch delivery and they delivered the wrong couch. In addition to delivering the wrong item, the couch that they DID deliver was missing 4 legs. When I called to schedule an exchange, I was told they wouldn't be able to redeliver for another 2 weeks. I said that was fine, and asked for a refund on my delivery charge since they did NOT actually deliver my order and was told that "they don't compensate for this type of issue." Instead, she offered my a $25 gift card. I understand that mistakes happen, but when it does, own it. So now I paid more than $100 to have the wrong couch delivered and I won't receive the correct order for 2 more weeks when I'll have to take off work AGAIN to be home for delivery. Very displeased with customer service. I won't shop here again.

My husband and I were shopping for a new bed, and decided to check out Rooms To Go after horrible experiences at other mattress retailers. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Marisa Laredo. She asked us what we were looking for, and after dealing with very pushy sales people, I told her that we were just looking. She gave us our space, and let us look around for a bit. She then came over when we were standing by a bed, and started talking to us. I told her of our previous experiences, and how I was frustrated by not only the pushiness of previous sales men, but also them just pushing us toward the most expensive beds for their commission. She told me that we were in luck with her because she is not at all pushy, and she was exactly right. She helped us find a bed that was not only comfortable, and perfect for us, but half the price of the bed we were going to purchase the day before. Everyone in the store was very friendly, and made everyone feel welcome. They also have a wonderful selection of furniture at reasonable prices. I had never been in a Rooms To Go before and was pleasantly surprised! I can not say enough wonderful things about Marisa! We will definitely go back to her in the future when we are furniture shopping.

I have been to a couple other stores and had all sorts of sales people be pushy and salesy and I didn't like it. However Louis here at Rooms to Go took GREAT care of me and my family. He didn't push us, made our decision making process easy that we ended up buying that day! Its hard to find such great sales people...thanks Louis!!!
