This is a student centered school that strives to listen to each student and address each and every student's individual needs.

MET has far succeeded our expectations in every way. The school offers a warm and safe environment for the children and families. The Owner, Principal and teachers are always available to listen and help with any type of situation. The curriculum is challenging and they are always introducing new things to enhance the program. The teachers are highly educated, warm and friendly and want to help bring out the best in all the children. The athletic coaches are superb and truly work with the children to build self esteem and develop their skills. The children are served all organic food that is prepared by personal chefs. MET is by far one of the Best Private Schools in Miami!!

The Met is an overall great school. The community is very welcoming and sweet. The school makes sure that everyone is pleased and they are constantly brainstorming new ideas to bring families and friends closer and to prove a vigorous education that kids will cherish and remember for the rest of their lives. Met is always willing to give their absolute best in every aspect.
Apart from teaching, they make sure that every child is succeeding and enjoying their classes. I honestly recommend this school.

Met is a great school. Our son totally excelled while in middle school there. Small class/grade sizes & great student:teacher ratios = an exceptional educational experience for your children.  It's not a mega campus but sufficient.

I agree with the other poster who said the school is not living up to what it promised. The school tries to sounds like a dream but it is not what it says at all. Not only are we leaving the school but many other 5th graders are looking for options. Our son is applying to a few magnet, charter and 2 private schools as an alternative. I think met could be a good school but it is very busy to build the middle school that it does not have time or energy for the education part. The leadership is pretty bad too - principal and vice are coming from an old era and not really up to standards of other schools. New middle school assistant, Brian is pretty good but since the rest of the admin is out of it, it seems he cannot make changes. My complaints about the school are teachers not experienced, too much sports (our son loves that actually) not balanced with play time (he needs more recess), the principal is never there - she goes often to her school in haiti, the kids are not taught good values and there is a lot of fighting in the kids to each other, and it is not exciting for the kids to learn: no field trips. In Argentina, my school was dynamic and exciting. My son is bored from being inside all day. They need to get better with their teaching and maybe more people would stay. It is a revolving door and a teacher told me also that many teachers are looking for jobs at the other schools. I hope they can do better in the future.
