Best school ever! I'm class of 2011. If you stay out of trouble, trouble will not find you. Best math teachers in dade county. In all four years I never got suspended or got written up. I never skipped class or gave problems. I graduated top 10 and went on to college and finished with a Biology Degree. There's nothing wrong with the school or teachers. Just a few bad students with troubled homes.

I hope and pray you read this-This was my wonderful great experience- When I left Horace Mann Middle school,  I went to the senior with you owe me attitude, hard bad and bad ego. Sex wasn't exposed in us like it is now in my day-it it was i didn't get pressured. But violence was.and I was that type of girl ready to fight. At Edison, I watch people die, dropout and more. My principal new how to be cool and new how to tell us what we needed to hear. Staying away from bad influences was one great advice I kept. I gave myself a chance to take the free gift to make it so i won't have to struggle with GED later. Joining Ms. Novack Basketball team was helpful with staying focus and out of trouble. My Teachers care, and that was cool they by pass my attitude to help push me to see clear that it was up to me and will be my own fault to reason I failed. My C/O 2000 and Prom and plus being invited is a never forgot. I graduation and went to straight to college for I get lazy. Teach to RN- I admit, I hated that I had to graduated. But I will always be glad to never gave up for no one bullying or attitude. Now I have a story to share to alway be able to share with my kids- Listening is hard but good and the end when you do to say the least. And that why I know Edison Senior change my life and gave me a great four years of my life in my future.

Worst school ever and I honestly hope someone reads this and takes it seriously. I was going through a mental break down during my 11th grade year which was in 2015, and I was suffering, and I was skipping school  because I was afraid of being harassed and bullied by the staff. One day The administrator for the 11th grade James Dominique assaulted me, and with my mental illness pressuring me at that time  it put me in a huge depression I had to leave the school. I couldn't make a police report only because the school police was also pushing blame on me and that didn't make it any better.  This school needs to reevaluate their staff members , zoning needs go in and shut it down, the least they can do is hire new staff. I couldn't even see my old teachers that I love so much for teaching me because they had a grudge against me " No trespassing"  But other people from different schools and not even in school could go there  without consent. I'm mortified and mentally scarred for the rest of my life. The behavior that occurs here  at Miami Edison Senior High is Unprofessional and Cruel. I do not snuggest anyone  to enroll their into a school like this.  It's failing, disgusting, and will encourage, and provoke your child to do wrong. We honestly do not need any more of that behavior especially in the neighborhood we live in it only makes our environment worst. James Dominique should be fired and never placed in any school again there is video evidence from 2015 whereas it shows him choke holding me in the entrance of the school till the point I was hyperventilating and they were going to send fire rescue. Only if I had more power to enforce this to get him arrested this school might have been better. I give credit when credit is due but he, and this school ruined my life.
