Zero stars if possible. This place takes complete advantage of young people. Jacked up pricing on books and you’re required to purchase from this bookstore. If you have any kind of expense report to be done, goodluck. This place has no problem charging you $600 for 2 books but cannot provide a receipt. Manager Nathan is arrogant and doesn’t care. No customer service skills and incredibly unhelpful. Also lied to me about not being able to retrieve receipts. 

Buy from Chegg or amazon. Don’t waste your money or your time in this place.

Friendly staff always willing to help. The prices on text books are fairly expensive.

I've always had a great experience for the few times I've been there. I always get my books on amazon because their way cheaper.

I never buy my textbooks from school, so I do not know about their pricing beyond it is mostly more expensive to rent than buy from other sites.  However, they do have some great deals in this place.  And it is never busy when I visit before class to buy some last minute stuff that I forgot to order with my books.
