Terrible customer service. I came in today, and I understand it is Christmas week, so it was slightly busy. Service desk was helping a customer and I had a very simple question that only took 5 seconds to help me, so I went to the front. There was a line so I admittedly cut in between customers and said "excuse me just a real quick question." in other words I acknowledged that I was cutting but it wouldn't have made sense to wait in line for a really simple question that takes 5 seconds to answer-no ones perfect. The cashier was extremely rude in answering the question and said "I have a line so get out of the way! And then passive- aggressively said "you can go to the customer service desk if you have a question." I guess she doesn't understand that everyone who comes into the store is doing her a favor. Won't be spending any money there.

Bad customer service. 
I shouldn't have to ask three people to direct me to one book. No I'm not stupid, the co workers were just too lazy to do their job, speaking of that not friendly at all. I asked to find my book at another location so I was directed there. Get there and what do you know they don't even have the book!!! Just got stuck with another bad employee. Glad I drove another 25 minutes to not even find what I was looking for even though she said she looked it up for me. I will not be using Barnes and noble anymore. Have some friendlier customer service!
