I went today. Found some nice things. One of those things was a toy vacuum. When I got home to change the batteries and clean it up. There was 2 bed bugs in the case where the batteries are held. I will never ever ever shop here again.

If I can give this a 0 star, I would. It was my first time here and a worker (he looked like the manger) not sure he was a man and in his mid 40s - came up to me and my boyfriend and had a problem with us shopping and how we shopped, mind you when we were by the fitting room we put everything we didn’t want back on the rack WHERE ITS SUPPOSE TO BE and he asked us to put everything back where it was (like where we grabbed it from) because it would show a sign of respect and it would save time for the workers (they had 45 mins before close). We were already being respectful, we could’ve left everything we didn’t want everywhere. He works there, shouldn’t it be his job to put everything back? He then proceeded to argue with us, i was shocked because never in my 20 years of life has someone came up to us and had a attitude about just us normally shopping. We then left the store and didn’t spend a dime because they don’t deserve it. Do not come here please.

My grandma went shopping there and the total came to be $17.18 after tax and everything. She gave the cashier $20.00 and the cashier told her it was not enough. She was missing some change. So my grandma (non-English speaker) took out her coin bag. She was holding her coins in her hand and asked, "How much?" The cashier just reached over to count the coin and took it. My grandma was waiting for her changed but the cashier started with the next customer already. She stood on the side and waited to see if she was going to get her money, but did not. She then went to walk around the store looking for someone to help her but could not find anyone. She just came home, show me the receipt and we called the place. They said that the cash drawer was perfect and that my grandma got her change. Well she never did. I told the manger that my grandma said it's fine if they don't give her change back to her but in the future if they can be more careful on stuff like this especially with handling changes. The manger said that she is pretty sure they got it right that it was just my grandma. I am very disappointed by their customer services, not even a sorry or anything at all. Never going back there again.

I used to really like shopping here, but the store is allowing a book reseller to damage all their stock, and it's not as much fun any more.  He marks the spines of books he doesn't want with a yellow pen.  When I complained, I was given the brush off, and basically told, "It comes off."  And it mostly does; all over my hands, all over my clothes. 

It's just really disappointing that this store is giving preferential treatment to one customer, and telling everyone else that if you're buying books in a thrift store, you should just be happy with what you get, regardless of condition. 

That seems gross to me.
