There's a $65 service charge just for them to come out, which i agreed to. I told the serviceman i thought my dishwasher's water pump was trying to go out; it would empty sometimes and sometimes it wouldn't. He looked at it and decided it was just a plumbing issue, so i paid $97 total for him to tell me that, and i called a plumber. Now, with clear lines after paying a plumber as well, the washer still wouldn't empty consistently. 

I crossed my fingers, removed the old pump, and ordered a new $65 replacement pump off amazon. I watched some Youtube, and installed it myself (which i should've done in the first place) and it's worked fine ever since.

What a great owner. I had a problem with his worker attitude and bill. The owner of Metz, Garry attended to it right away and solved the problem.  Ask for Keith to fix your appliance.

They always have the parts I need even when other places claim the parts are discontinued. We can always count on METZ.

Not a good experience with this place. I would go elsewhere. Actually like the other review, if I could give -5 stars that would be the rating.
