Went to the store they were supposed to be open at 10:00 am found a sign on the door saying come back at 11:30 am sorry for your inconvenience, came back at 11:30 am and waited for almost an hour to pay my bill and nobody came; couldn't get myself or my son the Pokemon Go codes we should have gotten either. Now my payment will be late, no Go codes; and we are 30 miles from the place so we wasted gas to go all the way there and had to wait for nothing. There was a large crowd gathering when we left, Sprint needs to hire the old staff back and fire these people; one man said it happens all the time and he had been trying for 2 day's to pay his bill.

The old staff were great. Now there is only 1 good person at their job. Came in with 1 problem, left with 3.

Drove an hour and a half so my husband can get his phone looked at was suppose to open at 10 am 1030 rolled around and no one was here very sad
