To be honest, I really hated my first experience here, the food was not what I ordered and when I tried to talk to the waitress about it, she all of a sudden forgot how to speak English, muttered something in Spanish, and walked away.

For years I refused to go back. Recently, I decided to give it another try and have been here to eat three times and had excellent service and very good food every time. I'm really glad I decided to try it again as it is now one of our "go to" restaurants when we feel like going out.

This place is legit. Some very traditional dishes, not completely Americanized like a lot of other places. Friendly fast service. Food comes out quickly and is delicious. They also have a a decent bar.

I came here because most of the ratings are very high. To tell you the truth it is ok to good . Just another run of the mill Americanized Mexican restaurant. The server was nice and tried to be helpful but you could tell he wanted to be somewhere else. There was a male manager/ hostess wearing a black shirt that was singing happy birthday to someone and he was rolling his eyes and walked away before they were done signing. 
So if you just want a quick bit to eat this is the place.

Hands down best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to! Best overall restaurant in bemidji. Service and food is excellent. Never had a bad experience

They have the best salsa and chips in town! The service is always superb and the food delicious. They recently remodeled and it is authentic as you can get. Great atmosphere!
