I couldn't disagree more with the complaining reviewer.
Franmar has been doing trips for my students for the past 2 years. The people at Franmar turn themselves inside out to make sure things go as planned. Their confirmation process is flawless as is their customer service. Their drivers are courteous and helpful and their buses are clean and mostly air conditioned!
I couldn't give this company a higher recommendation.
