Very slow, typical state and county rude service. Small waiting room and always crowded.

So SLOW. If you dont speak or read spanish id call ahead and get all the information first because all signs are in spanish and the lady at the window could barely understand me.

Worst police Department. They are very rude and misinformed. I was there since 9 in the morning to obtain police reports, they asked me to take a number when usually every time I visit the station, they attend me in Window 4 (Which is where you can obtain the crash reports) after I waited for about three hours, and my number was called, they redirected me to Window 4 which is where I had gone originally. Once I'm finally being helped, they tell me they can't help me because I have to many crash reports I need to obtain and it's to time consuming, that I need to purchase it online, after being there for almost three and a half hours. Waste of time. Horrible service, worst experience. Wish I could rate it with no stars.
