They recently added an additional helper that stands at the entrance to the line. This person assists with drop offs and other minor stuff. I found this to be very helpful and for the last few weeks has seemed to virtually eliminate any waits longer than a few minutes. They still misplace a package every now and then but it is what it is i suppose.

I'm not sure what other people are referring to when they review this location. I found the staff to be professional, courteous, expedient, and to know their jobs. They handled a steady flow of customers quickly and patiently.

I don't understand how one can mess up a mail delivery so frequently. I constantly get other people's mail while they get mine. I ordered something through BH Cosmetics and while the tracking status says "delivered" I have yet to receive anything for the past two weeks. There is NO way to get this resolved as no one in the office knows how to pick up a phone. I have called ten times with no luck. They are always constantly losing my packages. Hate this place! Poor excuse of a work place.

The regular front line staff is very professional, courteous and helpful. There is only 1-2 guys  from management that are rude and NOT customer service friendly at all! Next time I will write their names and post it on Google.

Terrible Customer service...After waiting for ever in line all I get is attitude and no solutions, no wonder USPS is going bankrupt and they depend on tax payers bailing them out. Went to another location and everything was resolved within minutes. NEVER going in there again.
