I've been waiting in the car line for over TWENTY MINUTES! Why? I guess the car that was blue in the pickup window were being annoying and holding the line. These people need to do a better job at not letting these customers monopolize them like that. Other then that the food was good, nothing wrong with that.

Great customer service! Employee Ricardo definitely took care of us with great manner;  even though, they were definitely under staffed.

I don't understand why it's so hard for your staff to just be friendly. The curly haired young girl that works the drive-through is just rude. It's not like we aren't paying for the service that you provide. And the food that your company provides.  So many times I've come to this location and my order has been incorrect when I get home. And you have to deal with major attitude on top of it. I just don't understand fast food service anymore. A bad attitude will get you nowhere. And a bad attitude is what I experience every single time I go to this location.
