Placed an order yesterday and it was incorrect. Spoke to Jamesha and she was very helpful. I was advised to come on today and I would receive my correct order. Jamesha was not present tonight but I did speak with the manager on duty. Very unprofessional. She walked off before allowing me to finish what I was saying. Customer service places a very important part in a customer's experience. I was not pleased at all with the service. The least she could have done was apologize for the inconvenience. I guess that was asking for too much.......

Don't care about customers satisfaction... they give a lot of attitude on drive thru when you try to ask questions about your order, not a good experience at all.

GARBAGE . DONT COME LATE THEY'LL TELL U THEYRE CLOSING 15 MIN BEFORE THEY CLOSE. *TODAY*, THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER & TOLD ME NO REFUND ("THE COMPUTERS R OFF & THE FRYERS ARE OFF") WHEN I PAID FOR FOOD I DIDNT GET. Nice reminder of why I've been avoiding that spot.
