i will give this company a minus 5 stars, because even if he is polite to other customers, they are still paying too much for the job. There are no words to describe the rudeness of the person in charge for this "company" It is inconceivable the way he treats customers, first he is the nicest guy and very polite when offering his overpriced services, he takes you to believe you have to do the job, and as soon as he is done blowing two roof pipes for $505, he becomes Mr Ruder ( impolite, discourteous, uncivil, ill-behaved, unmannerly, mannerless). I have never met anybody who can behave like that towards a customer. I already gave my review of that experience when the job was done. I am giving one again because I called Mr Ruder to request a copy of the receipt of the job done 7 months ago, and he responded, rude again, that the "company does not keep a receipt that old (?!!) and that if i wanted a copy i would have to pay $50 (is that legal?) when I asked him why, he hang up.....Good luck!!

I would highly recommend Scott to anyone with plumbing needs. He is an awesome plumber. He has been to our house twice for different issues, is always quick to respond, and scheduled something that was convenient for us. Both times, he arrived well dressed, very professional and polite, and quickly figured out our problem and took care of it in the one trip. Love it!

I've found my forever plumber at Mr. Rooter. Polite office staff and instant response time really sets this company apart. The technicians are clean and extremely well dressed. I liked that they had everything they needed to do the work right away and the pricing was extremely reasonable.

A++++ Service! The technician for Mr. Rooter came to my house promptly after calling them and installed my new kitchen sink in less than half an hour and even managed to share a few good jokes with me during the process. The technician was an expert plumber and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Two thumbs up!

The employees are very friendly and professional. Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Miami is a great business to go to when needing a repair with any leaks. I highly recommend their services to anyone.
