Solid B diner. Order regular diner food and you'll be fine. Chicken parm sandwich had sauce that tasted like Hunt's, nothing impressive.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I CAME IN TO ORDER TAKE OUT FOR MY SON AND I. I WALKED UP TO THE FRONT COUNTER AND NO ONE WANTED TO HELP ME. THE WAITRESS WAS RUDE BECAUSE SHE WALKED AWAY FROM ME WHILE I WAS SPEAKING AND FLAGGED ME WITH HER HAND SAYING SHE DOESNT HAVE TIME FOR ME AND SHE HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM. ON TOP OF THAT, I TRIED TO ORDER MY SON, WHO IS 4 YEARS OLD, KIDS CHICKEN FINGERS TO GO AND THEY SAID THEY HAVE A POLICY WHERE YOU CANT ORDER FROM THE KIDS MENU UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR CHILD PHYSICALLY WITH YOU. WELL IT WAS FREEZING OUTSIDE AND IT WAS 32 DEGREES, I WASNT BRINGING MY CHILD OUTSIDE TO GOTO A DINER. 🤷🏾‍♀️ THEN, WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER, I ASKED HER WHO THE OWNER WAS AND IF THEY KNOW HOW POOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AND SHE BASICALLY CONFIRMED. SO I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT EATING HERE ! SERIOUSLY DONT DO IT!

DO NOT RECOMMEND...IT'S NOT A FAMILY RESTAURANT! My sisters and me, along with my mother went to Michael's this morning for breakfast. Once seated a waitress came over to our table, lean completely on the table with both hands planted down and asked what we wanted to drink. I asked if she would kindly remove herself from the table, which did. However, when it was time for us to place our order, my mother (88 yrs old) ordered the #2 with 1 slice of bacon and 1 sausage which the waitress refuse to accommodate. Never in my history of coming to this restaurant were we so disrespected. I had to reached out to the manager to get this resolved (who allowed the special request this time, but not again)! What a way to drive faithful customers. The disrespect for black customers is very high at Michael's. Not the Michael's family restaurant I've known for years. I highly recommend NOT going here for any meal!
