I called Michael & Son because the HVAV/Furnace system was not working properly. The repairman Ron Edwards came on time on a SATURDAY; however, I was late, but he stayed at my home until I got there. Mr. Edwards was extremely friendly and professional. He provided exceptional service, fixed the problem, made some good suggestions on maintenance of my system and discussed what would be involved with them. I found his customer care to be of high quality and he made me feel at ease with the work that needed to be done. It is because of the professional service that I receive from Michael & Son that I will continue to use Michael and Son in the future. 
 If I hear from family and friends that they need a HVAC/Furnace work, I will without hesitation recommend Michael and Son and will also suggest that they ask for Mr. Ron Edwards if he’s available in their home area. If all of the Michael and Son technicians provide the same service and customer service, hire them to do your work. - Rick Tyler, Laurel Maryland

Nice fake "emergency" service that never shows up and doesn't pick up the phone. Thanks for wasting our time until the wee hours of the morning. ZERO STARS

Horrible! never showed up. Waited all day and never came to house. Support staff never bothered to help with apology or sending someone else. Total waste of time
