Jason did a great job installing a new shower fixture and local shut-off valves for one of our bathrooms. Very clean work and everything works perfectly. The Wolverine Brass fixture is rock solid too. Highly recommended! The Dr has always done great work for me in the past and this time was no exception. Thanks!

I would like to really thank Dr. Jason on his great work in resolving issues with my bathroom flush. Even though he got caught up on a previous appointment for a longer than expected time, he made it to my place in the evening and stayed back till the issue was fully resolved. He patiently diagnosed the issue (leaky wall valve) and resolved it correctly the first time. He wore cleanroom booties and used a plastic mat to make sure the house did not get any dirt from his shoes! 5 stars really great plumbing work. Thanks Jason! Really super professional!

Be warned a simple bait and switch to overcharge desperate home owners $965 to simply unblocking a sewer line.  I'm disgusted. Lots of reasons to escalate the price and prey on a homeowners inexperience. That's the lowest price too!  Highest Platinum package is almost $3000!  Imagine!  Are we stupid?  It's a joke within the plumbing industry to use these inflated "packages".  Of course they warm you up with the $3000 package first  - hoping $900+ will then seem reasonable. Sent them packing and got an honest company to do it for about $300 which is a heap but a lot less than the $1K attempted robbery. What we need is honest reliable businesses not this.

The Plumbing Dr service provided by Jason was outstanding.  He arrived on time per schedule, reviewed the situation, provided options and cost estimates.  Once an option was selected Jason went to work to accomplish a long term issue that had been a constant problem for use of the residential main bathroom.  Protection drop cloths, work shoe covers, organized work method all contributed to a very professional work performance and a very satisfied customer.  Excellent work I would highly recommend this service provider.

Outstanding service from Dave! I awoke to no hot water in the house. They were busy, but he was able to come by within hours of my call and diagnose the problem with my water heater. He had a colleague deliver the parts he needed and proceeded to fix the heater. I was expecting to be without hot water for days so I was more than pleasantly surprised when he told me he could fix it the same day.
