The Home Depot on Hanes Blvd in Winston Salem NC is honest to God THIEVES! The assistant store manager (Aaron) there literally and physically STOLE 100 DOLLARS FROM ME! I purchased two caster wheel tool chest from Home Depot on 6/8/17 and chose to return one of them on the same day 6/8/17, in which I received my entire refund. Since the product turned out to be junk (nothing unusual from Home Depot), I chose to return the second one on 6/9/17...ONE day after the original purchase. Because Home Depot employees typically are uneducated trailer trash, the return desk marked on my receipt that BOTH tool chest where returned the same day...therefore technically I had NO RECEIPT showing a tool chest I had not returned. Even tho they helped me get it off my truck and wheel it in the store, implied I had stolen it. But the trashy assistant store manager KNEW I had purchased two and only returned one, he still would not do anything but give me a store credit. What choice did I have right? So I took the store credit...it was 100 dollars LESS than what I paid for it! Aaron trash boy said "too bad, that's all you get without a receipt". I lost my cool and had Aaron literally shaking and turn pale white and literally fast walk away from me (cause he's a trailer park coward) I have notified corporate of the matter, explained everything to them and even tho they had NOTHING to do with it and was not even there, they are sending me a TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR gift card for Aaron's ignorance and theft. So thank you trash boy Aaron for helping me PROFIT 100 dollars! And by the way, I will cash in the gift card for 145 cash and use it at Lowes Hardware, a store where customer satisfaction is their ONLY concern. Do not shop here unless you want a trailer park staff stealing your hard earned money!

Walked right in and picked up to items needed for a home decor craft project. A friendly sales person asked if I needed help even though I did not.

Excellent staff! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There is a Lowes across the street I attempted to go to before coming here. Never again will that happen. I will continue to do business here instead.
