I have been going to Michaelangelo Pizza for close to 3 years now & I've always praised them to colleagues & feel there NY style pizza is the closest & best that I have tasted in FL so far, however, with this new owner, there POLITENESS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM have gone out the window. (Perhaps that's why they're always hiring). I'll give you an example: Today I arrived around 11:15am & found the establishment empty & the owner came out of the kitchen, did not acknowledge my presence, walked right by me, I asked if I was too early, with no response, then eventually was asked how I could be helped. I asked for 2 slices of Sicilian, hot & crispy. The owner told me the pie just came out (it was on a shelf below the shelf to exhibit their wares) & was that hot & crispy enough? I asked if I could just have it a little bit crispier, no response. He cut the 2 slices, put them in the oven, then disappeared. After about 3 or 4 minutes he returned & asked if that was all & I asked for a Sprite to go. I got a Sprite with what looked like a creepy crawly swimming in the cup & advised the owner (in Spanish, so as not to embarrass him in front of 2 guests that had just walked in). He took my cup & put it somewhere & gave me a new one. He bagged my slices without asking if they where crispy enough & I left. It turned out that my drink was Seltzer & flat at that. Well I decided at that point that I would never return. The rudeness was just the last straw.

Eggplant Parmesan excellent. Very generous portions.  Good service. Salad and bread and pasta accompanying dinner above average. Enough leftovers for another dinner. What's not to like!

Unbelievable this place. We ordered veal and it was SO greasy and tasted terrible. After I called in complained they said bring it back. When I got there he took my food and again ask me what was wrong. I told him again very greasy then the worse part about it was 3 ppl came out the kitchen and started asking me to explain what was wrong. Are u kidding me never in my life have I returned food and they inspect it and interrogat you about why you are returning it. This place is unbelievable I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THAT PLACE OUR EAT THERE NASTY FOOD AGAIN. And the final part after I told them I will never eat there again the idiot shrugged his shoulders like who cares. B4 I left I told them instead of not caring they should strive to make there better food....EAT HERE IF U WANT NASTY FOOD AND WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE 10 STARS...........

My boyfriend ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. The sauce was the BEST I've ever tried at a restaurant. I ordered salmon, muscles, clams and shirmp in a cream sauce over FRESH pasta. It was amazing!!! I couldn't believe how much seafood was packed in this dish. The service was excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I can't wait to try their pizza🍕
