Michelle and her staff are so professional! They have staff who speak both English, Spanish and Polish which is so helpful. I have referred many people to her office and they are very happy with her and her staff. They really go the extra mile for their customers. I love how well State Farm covers you and how knowledgeable this office is.

Michelle Twitchell's agency has met our expectations. We have been with her for over 15 years and we have the best policies for our needs at the best prices. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very responsive.  We have gotten quotes fro. other companies but State Farm and Michelle Twitchell's agency have always had the most competitive prices. I recommend her agency.

I RECENTLY RECEIVED A PRIVATE PARTY CAR LOAN FROM THIS LOCATION .  IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH AND EASY PROCESS FROM MY FIRST CALL. BOB F HELPED ME THROUGH EVERY OBSTACLE THAT KEPT ME FROM BUYING PREVIOUSLY I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I have been been with Michelle Twitchell and State Farm since I got my first car. I have been lucky and not needed to make too many claims in my time, but whenever I have, it was all so wonderfully smooth and easy. Everyone at State Farm I have ever had to deal with is understanding and helpful. Recently, my car died and I had to get a tow. I have roadside assistance on my policy and so brought in a tow receipt to begin the process. I was towed on Wednesday night. I brought the receipt in on Thursday afternoon. The reimbursement check arrived in Saturdays mail. You cannot ask for faster service. I will never go anywhere but State Farm for insurance and will stay with Michelle Twitchell unless I change states.
