Are the phones not working? 
Like seriously we spoke to the girl who's answering the phones and she cannot direct our call to the person we wanted to talk. 
Is this how Magnum treats their customers?
She has the worse attitude, laughs when she's talking and chewing her gum so loud.
 After several attempts of calling, I asked for her supervisor's name and she hung up. 

They seriously need to take some action regarding every matter or hire people who actually have the right customer service training

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE the guy that works there Luis is really rude he took money out of my debit card with out me knowing I only ask him to cancel the autopay.. and didn't want to explain anything to us the store manager never call me back and always saying we had to make 2 payments in one month since they could never tell us an exact billing date they were always changing it DO NOT GO THERE.
