This review is to acknowledge all the individuals involved in the life saving surgery that took place on May 2, 2016 at Michigan Heart (Ypsilanti). Life flight to Michigan Heart from St Mary's in Livonia with an aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection down to my renal artery. If it wasn't for the skills of Dr. Bobby Kong and Dr. Abdulhameed Aziz I most definitely would not be here to write this review. Michigan Heart is amazing! Thank you all for saving my life! Professional, dedicated, caring. There are not enough words to express my gratitude.

Diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation a year ago. MHVI was prompt getting me in, performed a battery of tests and procedures and am currently on a medication that seems to have the issue under control. Their appointment hours cover a wide time frame, the nurses I've had have all been terrific, the Docs & P.A.s have been great, all take time to explain whatever I asked and never did I get the impression they had to rush away. I like this practice a lot!

Michigan heart is wonderful.They provide great care with a personal touch. Their rehab program is outstanding and really care about their clients

Check-in was great, doctor was great but the lady who schedules the test and procedures was awful. I was scheduling an ablation. She was very upset to find out I had to wait until November due to my work schedule. Had a attitude right after that. When I asked her how many days would I have to take off work she rolled her eyes at me, threw her hands in the air and in a very annoyed voice said I should of asked the doctor. I told her she didn't need to get all upset. Then she walked away without a word. I assume to ask the doctor. For already being stressed about a heart problem she made it worse! I think her name was Michelle, she has a nose ring and was middle aged... thankfully another person helped me and apologized for her. I almost left with no intention of coming back. I think she thought I was young and stupid. Takes one person to put a bad taste in your mouth. I will be calling management in the morning.

Not too pleased with our outcome. Mistakes were made. Too hard to see an actual Doctor afterwards.
