It's interesting that the positive reviews are all about "the handsome man at the front desk", the food, and the fresh coffee. I have been to this urgent care on two occasions because it is near my house and there  is rarely a wait. The facility seems like an abandoned doctors office. Although the physicians you see (NP's/PA's) are kind and compassionate, in my experience their expertise is limited. I have not had great results here. At my most recent visit I gave a specimen which they sent to an outside lab without my knowledge who charged me an additional$146.0. The only way I found out about this was a courtesy call from Beaumont hospital, as they did not have my address on file and I had not received a bill or any notification from the urgent care. This is HORRIBLE practice. I am fortunate I was not sent to collections. I will never return to this urgent care. I will also urge my family, friends and neighbors to utilize different urgent care facilities in our community.

I went in after really feeling like I might die and they immediately figured out it was pneumonia, they took extremely good care of me although they suggested I get to a hospital immediately (I had a fever of 106) but they did everything they could! And then the doctor who helped me called me a week later just to check up and make sure I was okay and let me know I could come back if I ever needed more help. I was extremely impressed and would recommend this urgent care to anyone! They also have complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby which is so sweet. Great place to go if you're feeling bad!

Great staff, free food and coffee, wait time was almost an hour but it was overall a good experience.

Advertises that sports physicals are $20. That doesn't include sports physicals for college. They are $70. They need to clarify that on their website.
