This office is terrible.  Please read this if you're researching your options.

They took 4 months to get me in for physical therapy (the order even expired) even though the PT office is in the same building.  When I would regularly escalate asking to please be scheduled, I was told it would happen the next day (for months) and even welcomed to go somewhere else by the staff though the person prescribing the therapy repeatedly insisted the staff follow through and that similar complaints had been made.  The same happened with multiple procedures: EEG, MRI, injections.

They repeatedly sent information to my insurance incorrectly, causing months of delay while it was re-sent correctly to appeal denied procedures.  They cancelled an appointment I very badly needed to help with pain, without giving me the test results I was waiting on.  You do not get any copies of your test results, and must charge another office visit to get them verbally.  They repeatedly promise to correct mistakes and call within a day, and repeatedly do not call, which should probably not have been surprising in hindsight given every person who has seen me in checkout informed me that they are new.  If you go here, be prepared to be your own advocate to an extreme degree- even if it means sitting in the waiting room until they will listen.  Know everything the doctor recommends and double check that the staff enters it into the computer correctly.  Do not be surprised when the staff recommends you pay for procedures out of pocket rather than wait for them to fix mistakes.  Do not be surprised if the staff mispronounces your medication, or asks if you got blood work done while they have results actively pulled up on the screen in front of them.

I finally requested a copy of my medical records in an attempt to understand my own health and advocate for myself- but visits and test results are missing, I was sent a bill for the printing (!), and data about me and my visits is flatly incorrect.  I will unfortunately be checking with insurance to make sure I was not charged for the items mistakenly listed in my file (ultrasound?) which also never happened.  

If you escalate and are assigned someone to investigate your file- do not think this will help you.  I received apologies and was told this is not appropriate to have to deal with as a patient.  I was told the doctor personally knew of my situation and was promised things would be fixed as well as that they would get me answers by end of day... But days and weeks came and went.  I was finally told a test result I was waiting on was negative, but my file clearly shows it was positive.  I was told they were still working on correcting a submission to insurance though insurance sent me a letter indicating I was approved for a month already and could've saved a month of extra pain.  That was a month of tears, days off work, and increasing pain with muscle spasms.  It was a month added to many months like it, while I was waiting for the office to simply do better and treat me with dignity.

Do not go here if you value your time, insurance relationship, or want to make progress on your health concerns.  After almost a year, I'm going elsewhere.

I visited another doctor and had injections scheduled same day as well as a referral to another specialist because of my test results.  Do not take your loved ones here, or those dealing with neurological disorder who are in too much pain to argue.

My appointment was an hour ago. I'm still in the waiting room. There is a woman next to me vomiting and they won't take her back just to reduce exposure of the other patients. Everything in this office requires an appointment so they make tons of money. The staff is rude, unsympathetic and lazy. Be prepared to waste an entire day here for one appointment.  I had to give one star in order to post this comment. Still in waiting room by the way.

Wonderful Doctors . One especially is Dr. Nabity . He is caring excellent bedside manner, very skilled and knowledgeable I have been to others and the were didn't listen to what is happening and has happened to you to cause you to seek treatment

I really wanna give them a -1. From the service you get when you come in is terrible. I left them and went to a further doctors just to receive better treatment. 😲😤😬

I  have been a patient since 2002, there staff has done More for me then other doctors,  I see neurology and pain management I have no complaints,  I like the time they take explaining procedure or new health issues,  yes there is a wait but they take their caring and I appreciate them for it.
